This eService allows you to notify the Registrar of Companies if any change is made to the business name registration details.

Note that late lodgement fees will be charged if the change(s) is not notified to the Registrar of Companies within 28 days.

You may apply for an extension online prior to the expiration of 28 days. Extension is subject to the Registrar's approval.

This eService allows you to notify the Registrar of Companies about ceasing to carry on Business using a Business Name.

Note that late lodgement fees will be charged if it is lodged after the stipulated period set by the Register of Companies.
