• TIN card / TIN letter of all individuals listed in the application

• A15 notice (If required)
• Foreign Investor must submit the Additional Information for Foreign Investor form declaring to remit $300,000 into Fiji within 3 months of incorporation.
• Letter of authorisation (For agents)
• Approval for exceptional name (if required)
